At CDT, we strive to make dance accessible and affordable to everyone. Our tuition rates are carefully crafted with this in mind.

2026 - 2027 Fall Session Tuition Information

Simplified Billing with Auto-Pay

We operate on a fully automated billing system that requires Auto-Pay. This means you can enjoy the session without worrying about due dates or manual logins. You securely set up your preferred payment method—either Credit/Debit or ACH (Direct Bank Transfer)—directly through our Parent Portal on Studio Pro.

Tuition will be automatically processed on the 1st of each month for that month’s scheduled classes.

Calendar-Based Tuition

Our billing to reflects the actual number of class meetings each month. Your monthly charge will vary based on how many times your child's class is scheduled to meet. For example, if a holiday falls on your class day and you only have three meetings that month, you will only be charged for three. If there are four or five meetings, your tuition will adjust accordingly.

2026/2027 Session Rates

30 & 45-Minute Classes: $20 per class
60-Minute Classes: $23 per class
Jr. TOPs Performing Group: $30 per week (meets 2x weekly)
TOPs Performing Group: $40 per week (meets 3x weekly)

Mix & Match Tiered Pricing

For dancers who want to explore multiple styles, our Mix & Match tiers offer a fun way to, well, mix and match :). Your per class rate decreases as you add more classes:

1 Class/week: $18
2 Classes/week: $25
3 Classes/week: $32
4 Classes/week: $36

Multi-class Discount
We continue to offer a 10% multi-class discount for families taking additional classes that fall outside of the Mix & Match tiers.

Registration & Initial Payment

To finalize your enrollment and secure your child's spot, the following will be processed at the time of sign-up:

Registration Fee: $25 per family.
Advance Tuition: August advance tuition will be collected at enrollment if you sign up any time before the session starts. Or, if signing up mid-session, the tuition amount due for whatever calendar month you're enrolling in. (Ex: You enroll on September 15 and there are still 2 classes in September, you will be charged for 2 classes).

Trial Classes

Trial class registration is available for a fee of $20. Trials are first-come, first-served; if a class fills up before your trial date, we will issue a full refund.

What happens if we would like to drop our class?

We are sorry to see you go! If you'd like to drop, please review our full drop policy below:

Pre-Session Summer Cancellations: For Summer classes, if you cancel more than 2 weeks before the first class of the session, you will receive a refund or credit, minus a $50 administrative fee per class.
Pre-Session Fall Cancellations: To secure your spot in our Fall/Spring classes, the initial August tuition payment and registration fee are required at the time of enrollment and are non-refundable.
Mid-Session Drops: To stop Automatic Billing once the season has started, we require written notice via email to the main studio office by the 15th of the month to cancel for the following month. (You may email the office directly or through the "Contact Us" section of the Parent Portal).
- Example: To stop classes (and billing) for November, notice must be received by October 15th.
Late Notice: If notice is received after the 15th, one final tuition payment will be processed on the 1st as scheduled.
Full Participation: Your dancer’s spot in class remains fully reserved through the end of the final paid month. For example, if notice is given on October 20th, November tuition will be processed, and your dancer is encouraged to attend all scheduled classes through November 30th.
Recital Commitment: From March through May, enrollment is a firm commitment; no refunds for tuition, recital fees, or costume fees will be issued during this time.

How does it work if we join mid session?

You will be responsible for the registration fee and for any class sessions remaining in the month you begin enrollment. Automatic payments will begin on the 1st of the following month.

Is there a registration fee?

At the time of enrollment, you will be required to pay an annual family registration fee of $25 per family. The registration fee 'year' is August to July, resetting every August when the Fall Session starts.

Will you still have multi-class discounts?

We will continue to offer a 10% multi-class (within a family) discount on full tuition payments. This discount does not include summer camps or Mix 'n Match classes.

Do you do make-up classes?

We offer limited refunds or credits and NO MAKE-UP CLASSES (due to class size limits and continuity). For best all-around results, we encourage dancers to attend class regularly.

What happens if my Auto-Pay payment can't be processed?

A $10.00 fee applies to payments not resolved within 10 days. A $25.00 fee applies to any returned ACH or check payments.
