Enroll for Classes

Ready to sign up for classes or camps? Follow these three easy steps. Let's dance together!

Step 1:

Download or print our Registration Form and fill it out in its entirety.

Step 2:

Return your completed Registration form. Email your form to studio@cdt.dance, mail, or drop off your form in person at CDT.

Step 3:

Finally, pay the amount due to reserve your spot. Please see our Payments Page for all our payment options.

You will receive a confirmation of your enrollment via email!
